Hevea was kind enough to allow me to review one of their Star & Moon Orthodontic Pacifiers.
My 4 month old "L" is quite finicky about what kind of pacifier she will take so I was hoping for the best once it arrived. I sanitized the pacifier and tried it with L, at first she gave me the "what-the-heck-is-this look", but soon decided she would give it a shot. She used it without a problem for the rest of that day, night, and days following up till now! She also likes to chew on the rubber (and everything else). I love that Hevea uses all natural rubber and I can feel safe knowing their product is safe for my baby.
L has a little bit of trouble keeping the Hevea Pacifier in her mouth compared to some lighter weight/smaller pacifiers, but she is getting to the age where she is beginning to put things back in her mouth once she drops them.
The Hevea pacifier is very soft compared to others I have felt, to me that is a plus since naturally a breast fed baby isn't used to hard rubber nipples.
